How much should a beginner risk per trade?

Many risk-first approaches risk only a small, fixed percentage of the account on each trade, often around 1%, so one loss can't do much damage. Position size is then worked out from the distance to your stop. This is education, not financial advice.

    Do trading indicators actually work?

Indicators summarise price and volume, so they can help you read a chart, but none predicts the future. They tend to work best alongside the trend and key levels, and too many at once mostly repeat each other.

    Is paper trading worth it?

Yes, as a way to learn the platform, test a setup and make beginner mistakes without losing real money. It doesn't recreate the emotions of real money, so move to small real size slowly and keep the same rules.
